One must ensure that the diet includes healthy food and should contain enough amount of calories to supply the equivalent energy. At the same time one should ensure that these food items are not taken in excess. Things like chocolates, cookies, Diet coke, wafers and cakes are very high on calories and they should be avoided and minimized.
